For pickup in Vienna City Center, the one-way price is €100 for a vehicle carrying up to 4 passengers and €125 for a vehicle carrying up to 8 passengers.

Choose whether your journey connects Bratislava with Vienna city or Vienna Airport and specify the direction. After confirmation, the assigned driver collects your group at the agreed address or airport meeting point and continues directly to the destination. Airport transfers can be coordinated with the stated flight time and number.

We serve individual travellers, families, corporate delegations, school groups and organised tours. The fleet ranges from passenger cars and eight-seat vans to minibuses and coaches with up to 49 seats. The number of travellers, suitcases and any special equipment must be included in the request so that the correct vehicle can be assigned.

For an arrival at Vienna Airport the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, so you do not have to look for a car park or a pickup lane. We follow the flight and move the pickup to the actual landing time, which means a delayed flight costs you nothing extra. The only additional charge is a night-time surcharge if the pickup time shifts to the period between 22:00 and 06:00.

Waiting time at the airport is part of the pre-booked price, so the minutes spent at passport control and at the baggage belt are already covered (maximum 45 minutes). For a departure from Bratislava we agree the pickup time with a reserve for check in and security, and for a journey into Vienna city the driver takes you to the exact address.

Complete the request with both addresses, date, pickup time, number of passengers and luggage. Add flight information whenever Vienna Airport is involved. We will propose an appropriate car, minivan, minibus or coach and send the total price for approval. The transfer is booked only after confirmation by both sides; payment conditions are specified in the offer.

Transfers may be booked in either direction between Bratislava and Vienna city or Vienna Airport. Card payment, pro-forma invoice or cash can be arranged where available and confirmed in advance.

Groups travel together in one vehicle instead of splitting between several cars. Up to eight passengers fit in a van, larger groups take a minibus with 17 or 19 seats or a coach with 30 to 49 seats. The fare stays a fixed amount for the vehicle, so a coach for 49 passengers costs €400 one way from Vienna Airport to Bratislava and €460 from central Vienna, no matter how many seats are actually used.

For companies, agencies and event organisers we send the transport as a written offer with a pro forma invoice, so the journey can be paid from a company account. Repeated routes, for example the same journey every week between an office in Bratislava and Vienna Airport, or several vehicles on one day for a single event, are arranged as one order with one contact person. Send the number of passengers, the dates and the flight numbers and we confirm the vehicles and the total price.

If you are travelling today or within the next few hours, there is no reason to fill in an advance request. Orders placed less than five hours before pickup include a last minute fee of €10, and journeys starting between 22:00 and 06:00 include a night surcharge from €10. Yes. We provide Bratislava to Vienna city and Bratislava to Vienna Airport journeys, as well as pickups in Vienna or at Schwechat Airport for travel to Bratislava.

The table shows the basic one-way vehicle fare. Any applicable night, holiday or last-minute charge is added to the confirmed offer.

You can order anything from a passenger car or minivan to a minibus or coach with up to 49 seats. We select the vehicle according to the number of passengers and luggage.

A day or two ahead is enough for a car on the Vienna to Bratislava route. For minibuses and coaches and for the period from 24 December to 1 January we recommend a week or more, because the number of vehicles is limited. Same day booking is possible too, but requests made less than five hours before pickup carry a last minute fee of €10.

Yes, as long as we have your flight number. We check the actual landing time and the driver adjusts the pickup to it, so a delay does not mean a lost transfer. If the delay runs into several hours, we agree the new pickup time with you by phone. Without a flight number we can only work with the time you gave us, so always send it for airport journeys.

Yes. Before the journey we issue a pro forma invoice and after it a final invoice with your company details, so the transfer can be paid from a company account. Send the company name, address and VAT or tax number together with the booking. Several journeys in one month can be put on a single invoice.

Up to 49 passengers travel in one vehicle. Above that number we send two or more vehicles that leave together and arrive at the same time, planned as one order with one contact person. When you send the passenger count, add the amount of luggage, because suitcases and sports equipment for a full coach need space in the hold.

Cancellation fees are calculated from the advance payment. Cancelling at the latest three working days before the journey costs 20 % of it, two working days before 50 %, one working day before 80 %, and less than 24 hours before pickup 100 %. If no advance payment was agreed, contact us as early as you can and we confirm the cancellation in writing. The full wording is in our terms and conditions.
