How can I book my transfer?

You can book the transfer by means of the order form, e-mail, via telephone, by sending an SMS and also using Viber or Whatsapp. When placing the order, please, indicate the following information:

  1. route
  2. number of persons
  3. selection of the car
  4. amount of luggage
  5. precise date and time
  6. flight number (if needed)
  7. pick-up address
  8. target destination
  9. child seat (if needed)

I am not able to find my destination in the order form. What shall I do?

If your route is not included in the order form, click on the OTHER button and fill in the request or write to our e-mail address info@go-limousine.sk. We will be happy to send you a price offer for your individual requirement, as we do not provide only airport transfers, we can take you anywhere.  

 

What will happen if I indicated a wrong time or date in the form? 

Every received order becomes binding only after our confirmation that contains the summary of your reservation. For this reason we kindly ask you to check your data. In case you confirm an incorrect date and time and the driver arrives at the place in the wrong time, Bratislava Airport Taxi reserves the right to charge this transfer in the amount of 100 % of the price (cases occurred when the client filled in the form with a wrong date, he did not check the data included in the confirmation of the order that we sent and the driver arrived at the place on the wrong day).

 

I haven´t received any confirmation of my order. What shall I do?

Usually, we respond to your orders, requests or queries within a few hours. Should you receive no answer from us, please, check your SPAM folder. Cased occurred when the e-mail from our client was received by us only after a few days, for reasons unknown to us. For this reason, if you need the car immediately or you haven´t received any answer, contact us on the non-stop mobile phone number +421 903 853 359.

 

Can I find your company/car right at the airport?

Bratislava Airport Taxi doesn´t have a seat at Bratislava or Vienna airport. We are not an official taxi service/limousine service of the Bratislava airport, we are not responsible for their prices, neither do we have any rank at Bratislava airport. In case you would like to use our services, you can book the transfer only in advance on our webpage or on our mobile phone number. Bookings made in advance are significantly cheaper.

 

Can you take me directly to my address? Do you add any surcharge for more addresses?

We provide door to door service. The driver will take you directly from your address to the target destination or back. Bratislava Airport Taxi reserves the right to avoid any address, where the roadway does not meet the quality parameters and what could lead to the damage of the vehicle. In case your hotel or apartment is located on the pedestrian zone, the driver will stop as close as possible to your address. Every other address is charged. The amount of surcharge depends on the distance between the addresses (surcharge applies also in case of pick-up from more addresses).

 

Will anybody travel with me in the car?

No, nobody else will be in the car. The vehicle is booked solely for you.  

 

Does the price published on the webpage apply on one person or the whole car?

The prices indicated on our homepage apply on one vehicle, one-way ride and one address.

 

How much time in advance shall I make my reservation of the transfer?

For your maximum comfort and quality, it is ideal to make the reservation of the transfer 24 hours in advance and earlier (not a condition). However, we can arrange the transfer also immediately – according to our actual capacities and occupancy of the vehicles. You can place your order even half a year in advance.

 

How can I settle the ordered transfer? Are your prices final? Will I get any receipt? What is the valid currency in Slovakia?

You can use three ways to pay for the ordered transfer:

  1.  Cash directly to the driver.
  2.  Payment card directly in the car. In case of AMEX or DINERS cards we charge a 5% fee for higher amounts (when ordering a return transfer, you pay for every transfer separately). Please note that the payment terminals operate only on the territory of the Slovak republic.
  3.  Bank transfer (from account to account). Payment based on invoice is not possible. We send a pro-forma invoice to every client. It is necessary that the ordered transfer/transfers are settled in advance.

All the prices indicated in the pricelist are final and without further surcharges. You will get a prior notice about the sum you will have to pay for the transfer. You will get the receipt from the driver in the car (on condition you haven´t paid for the transfer based on pro-forma invoice). Euro (€) is the valid currency in Slovakia.


NOTICE: It is not possible to pay through a payment gate, we never ask the details of your payment card, neither any other guarantees! Please, do not send us payment card details.

 

We plan to travel with a child/children. Do you provide any baby-seats or backless booster seats? Is it necessary to have baby-seats with us?

Yes, we provide baby-seats and backless booster seats free of charge. However, it is important to give us an information in advance that you travel with children (please, indicate their age). According to the laws valid in Slovakia, in Austria and in the neighbouring countries, it is obligatory to have a child seat. Should you fail to inform us in advance that you travel with kids, Bratislava Airport Taxi reserves the right not to provide such a transfer. The fines for failing to use the child seat can be very high.

 

What happens if my flight is delayed or I did not catch the plane?

We monitor every flight of our clients. The driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall in the right time also in case the flight is delayed. Of course, we do not charge any extra fees in such a case. Should you have the information that your plane will have a significant delay or your flight has been cancelled, please get in touch with us via an e-mail or telephone. Should you arrive with another plane, send us information about the new flight number. What happens if I fly in to the airport and my luggage is lost?

Please, call us immediately in case of lost luggage. We will inform your driver. His waiting time in the arrival hall can be extended by another 30 – 45 minutes. We do not charge any fee for this waiting on condition you notify us about the loss in time.

 

Where will the driver wait for me if I fly in to Bratislava or Vienna airport?

The driver approaches the arrival hall immediately after the aircraft lands. He will wait for you with a plate with your name. If you cannot find the driver, please, stay at the designated place and contact us immediately. You can find the emergency number on every confirmation. Please, kindly make sure that your mobile phone is switched on.

NOTICE: Should you come with more flights at one time, the driver will come to the arrival hall only after the arrival of the last plane in order to avoid paying additional parking fee for you.

Should you arrive at Vienna airport in another way, not by plane, the meeting point is the NH Hotel – main entrance, see the photos below.

How do I recognize my ordered taxi on the address? 

Our vehicles are not marked with a TAXI sign. We will send you the plate number of your car in advance, in order to avoid any change with another company (e.g. more Mercedes-Benz vehicles can stand at the same time in front of the hotel where you ordered your taxi). We recommend to ask the driver about the name of the client for whom he is waiting at the moment. With this we can avoid any unwanted situations.  

 

When shall I leave the hotel in Bratislava, if my flight ticket is booked at Bratislava airport?

It is ideal that you leave the hotel 2 hours before the departure. If you travel before any upcoming public holidays, before the weekend or in time of rush hours, we recommend that you leave even earlier.

 

When shall I leave the hotel in Bratislava, if my flight ticket is booked at Vienna airport?

It is ideal that we pick you up 2,5 to 3 hours before the departure, in case of international flights we recommend to maintain even a longer time margin. Before upcoming public holidays, before the weekend or in time of rush hours we recommend that you leave even earlier. Please, take into consideration that public holidays are not in the same time in Slovakia and Austria.

NOTICE: In case of heavy traffic on the highway we use the old road (through the village of Hainburg AT) in order to get you to your place of destination as quick as possible. Other cases we use only the highway.

 

When shall I leave Vienna, if my flight ticket is booked at Bratislava airport?

It is ideal to do it 3 hours and more before the departure. Before upcoming public holidays, before the weekend or in time of rush hours we recommend that you leave even earlier. Please, take into consideration that public holidays are not in the same time in Slovakia and Austria.

NOTICE: In case of heavy traffic on the highway we use the old road (through the village of Hainburg AT) in order to get you to your place of destination as quick as possible. Other cases we use only the highway.

 

How long does the transfer take from Vienna city centre to Bratislava?

With a personal vehicle and if ideal traffic, the transfer takes 60 – 75 minutes on average. The cities of Vienna and Bratislava are connected with a highway.

 

How long does the transfer take from Vienna airport to Bratislava?

With a personal vehicle and if ideal traffic, the transfer takes 40 – 45 minutes on average. The airports in Vienna and Bratislava are connected with a highway.

 

How long does the transfer take from Bratislava airport to Bratislava city centre?

With a personal vehicle and if ideal traffic, the transfer takes 12 – 15 minutes on average.  

 

We travel as a larger group. Can you arrange this transfer for us?

Yes. Our new fleet includes cars for 4, 8, 14, 20, 27 and 49 persons.

 

What shall I do if I have a lot of luggage?

When placing your order, please select a bigger vehicle (minibus) in case of large amount of luggage. We do not carry luggage in the interior of the limousine, as it is prohibited and also due to the reason of risk of damage of the interior of the vehicle.

 

Can I smoke in the car?

All cars of Bratislava Airport Taxi are strictly non-smoking cars. Smoking is not allowed even for a surcharge.

 

Can I eat meal in the car?

No. Please, eat your food outside of the vehicle. In case of polluting the interior of the vehicle we charge a fee in amount of 20 € - 200 €, while the precise amount of the fee is set by the driver. Thank you for thinking also of the clients who will travel in the car after you.

 

Can I travel with my pet?

In case you notify us in advance, we will be happy to drive you together with your pet, without any surcharge charged. Please, carry your pet in a safe crate that the animal cannot leave during the whole transfer. Should you fail to inform us about the planned transport of your pet in advance or the crate could damage the interior of the vehicle because of its size, Bratislava Airport Taxi reserves the right not to provide such a transfer.
